VISION
Under the influence of dramatic changes occurred on economical, social, ecological, climatic and spiritual level, man is constrained to live in increasingly hostile places that challenge his survival.
From the wonderful garden of Eden where God put Adam and Eve, a paradise that every one of us is longing for without possibility of reach, the man of the 21st century lives the drama of tremendously rapid changes, which do not give him the time to stop and take a moment to admire what was left of that beautiful garden.
In our country, this part of economy - the tourism - is developed much under its real potential, but the process of capitalizing the existing tourist patrimony is in full ascent.
In this context, Trust Holding has developed a new philosophy of investments which consists in transferring the human and financial resources from production or commercial areas to tourism, under a new concept - "Hotel Gradina" - an entity that joins several recreational facilities into a splendid garden, a shadow of the original Eden.
There, surrounded by nature, the postmodern man will be able to rediscover himself with surprise, and his troubled life style - that characterizes almost the entire generation - will give way to an "instant" ease of daily pressure allowing him to refresh himself and to recharge his batteries with the joy and energy necessary for continuing his road in the turmoil of this world.
Through Ti Trust Invest S.A., the investors have chosen to bring this concept to life (after already having it implemented in Turda), in the forest of Baciu, a splendid place, only 10 km away from the center of Cluj, and only 4 km away from Baciu, a region known as "Poiana Cerbului" ("Stag’s Glade").
That particular glade has come into the attention of local and national press as most of the paranormal phenomena seen over Cluj, which generated much enthusiasm in the fans of UFO (extraterrestrial civilization) or flying saucers, have been detected there.
However, the place surprises not so much by these phenomena but by its incredible wildness, a beauty which was not believed to exist only 15 minutes away from the center of the stressful and at the same time very old Cluj.
MISSION
The implementation of this vision began by bringing to life a "master plan" spread over 15 hectares, that includes:
- four-stars hotel with an original capacity of 37 rooms (suites, double rooms and single rooms), which will be increased to 58 rooms in a second phase;
- restaurant with a capacity of 140 seats particularly for the hotel guests;
- restaurant with a capacity of 400 seats for all sort of ceremonies, situated on the border of a beautiful lake with - little island in the middle;
- European Centre for Conferences composed of 3 auditoriums, the largest of them having 400 seats;
- fish restaurant positioned right on the border of another lake;
- SPA zone, probably the largest and the most modern in Romania, with a surface of over 1500 sq m (pools, saunas, beauty saloon, rooms for relaxation, treatment, massage, fitness, etc.);
- an outside pool surrounded by a small park;
- wonderful garden terrace with pergolas and spectacular water falls;
- discreet shopping zone;
- rich library where every one can take delight in the wisdom offered by books;
- modern parking places for 120 cars as well as closed garages for more sophisticate guests;
- chapel for those who would like to meditate to their relationship with the Maker;
- 2 mini-football fields with artificial grass - of standard dimensions;
- an Olympic Club for tennis including 6 fields
- an indoor arena covering 4 tennis fields, with a retractable roof which, next to the arena of Paris, is unique in Europe;
- 2 outdoor tennis fields;
- large football field of FIFA standards;

- 400 m cord sliding for those who enjoy high adrenaline;
